Refund policy

Whitelist is free

Joining the launch whitelist costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You may ask to be removed from the list at any time.

Paid campaigns

Future paid campaigns are governed by their written campaign agreement. If EasyAds cannot approve or produce an agreed creative, the buyer may accept a corrected file, choose comparable available inventory or request a refund before production begins.

After production

Completed print production, installed vehicle advertising and elapsed campaign time are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where EasyAds failed to provide the purchased service.
