Refund policy

Before production

If EasyAds cannot approve or produce a vehicle creative, the buyer may accept a corrected file, choose comparable available inventory or request a refund before production begins.

After production or publication

Completed print production, installed physical inventory and elapsed directory time are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where EasyAds failed to provide the purchased service.

Directory bids

Being moved down by a higher bid is the stated ranking mechanism and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
